Spring is in full bloom and we here at Netlink Enterprises are excited to share with you all of the things that we have in store for the season. First off, we want to thank all of our loyal customers and fans who have watched our product videos and left great comments, feedback, and suggestions. Speaking of products, there are a few items that we have just received that we are very excited in offering to our customers. The first one is our World Famous Coach Shotgun by Denix. If you’ve ever called “SHOTGUN!” getting into a car, this is where it all started. The Coach Gun received its moniker on the stagecoach runs of the Wild West, when outlaws and Indians targeted lonely coaches on long and uncertain trails through difficult and often hostile territory. The need for effective security and defense was clearly established, and stagecoach companies quickly implemented the use of guards to ride along side the driver carrying a weapon that allowed for some leeway in accuracy as they bounced along the bumpy trails. “Riding Shotgun” became known as a hard and sometimes fatal occupation. Cut-down versions of the Stagecoach Shotgun were also popular among Marshals and Sheriffs throughout the frontier for their mobility and lenient accuracy at close quarters. Bandits and drunken gamblers thought twice about their actions when staring down the eyes of a double barrel shotgun.

This non-firing replica has an authentic time-worn appearance and realistic action that mimics the double barreled, percussion cap action of the original 1881 design. The hard wood stock and antiqued metal barrel and furniture look just as they would have heading out on the dusty trail. Thumb the top locking lever to the side and you can “break” open the gun to reveal the lead-spitting barrels of this close-quarters defense weapon. Close and lock the barrels and cock both hammers. Finger the double triggers one at a time and the hammers will fall.

With this time of year comes lots and lots of shopping, and sometimes we have to do theses things at odd hours. Because of this, there are those criminals that would like to take advantage of this opportunity. We have a variety of new security products that are sure to deter any deviant that may attempt to confront you. First we have Item# PAL-130L -  Key Chain Alarm with Light which combines the two best deterrents against attack…a 130db alarm and a flashing light. The alarm is activated when the pin attached to the keychain is pulled, or by pressing the alarm button on the top of the unit. The unit can also be used as a flashlight without activating the alarm to provide additional night time safety.

Another product available with security in mind is Item# ZAPDT – Double Trouble 1.2 Million Volt Stun Gun. This stun gun is very easy to carry in the hand since it conforms to your fist. A simple pull of the trigger using your index finger will fire this self defense weapon and cause the two pairs of electrodes to fire up and delivery shocking 1.2 Million volts to your attacker. The Double Trouble stun gun is more effective than most stun guns because of the space between the contacts and the greater the space, the greater the effect. Most stun guns only have 1.5 inches, but the Double Trouble has 5 inches between contacts. The Blast Knuckles is made of a no-slip, high-traction rubber with a full-grip design letting you get a good hold of the device. Furthermore, it also comes with dual lithium rechargeable batteries and a tactical holster. This stun gun additionally sports individual trigger and safety switches to prevent accidental discharges. With 950,000 volts, the attacker won’t know what hit them. The soft rubber grip gives the user full control and cannot be easily dropped or knock from your hand like many other stun guns.

First off, for those who love the days of Al Capone and Eliot Ness, we have our Thompson Chicago Typewriter AEG Machine Gun. This submachine gun was invented by John T. Thompson in 1919 and became infamous during the Prohibition and Depression era. It was a common sight of the time, being used by both law enforcement officers and criminals alike. The Thompson was also known informally as: the “Tommy Gun,” the “Trench Broom,” the “Trench Sweeper,” the “Chicago Piano,” the “Chicago Typewriter,” and the “Chopper.” Our airsoft version of this infamous weapon has a full metal body and metal gear box, semi and full automatic firing functions, and fires at up to 426 feet per second. This is a must have for historians who would like to have one for display or target practice without the cost of the authentic submachine gun.

Another in the line of famous machine guns that we have available is the AK47 AIM Generation Blowback AEG Airsoft Rifle. Mikhail Kalashnikov designed this assault rifle to deal with the adverse conditions of the Soviet frontline. The “Avtomat Kalashnikov 1947″ later to be known as the AK47, became a standard issue rifle in the Soviet Army. Its popularity grew as the gun would operate under the most extreme situations, such as being buried in sand, or submersion in water. Kalashnikov’s invention has become one of the greatest innovations in arms and one of the most recognized rifles in the world. The airsoft version of this weapon can fire at up to a blazing 530 feet per second. It has a steel foldable stock, a full metal body, metal gears and gear box, semi and full automatic firing functions, and adjustable front and rear sights. This rifle has real wood construction instead of plastic and has a blowback feature that adds a genuine feel when firing.

In our line of martial arts replicas, we have the Praying Mantis Katana. The Praying Mantis is a symbol of cunning and power in Japanese culture and is consequently a highly respected theme in Samurai swords. Built on our new L6/Bainite blade in the Shobu Zukuri style with Bo-Hi, and featuring superb koshirae, the Praying Mantis is a very desirable and functional piece. The subdued green silk ito and deep brown of the lacquered saya provide handsome contrast to the dark copper and golden accents of the tsuba, fuchi and kashira. Bainite is a structure of high-carbon steel that combines great strength with excellent flexibility and shock absorption characteristics. It has been known as an exemplary Katana blade component for a number of years but its use has been restricted to a few top-class master smiths, due to the difficulties involved in performing the exacting heat treatment procedures necessary for the production of a Bainite blade body in combination with the very hard Martensite Yakiba (edge section) required for Katana blades.

With Labor Day right around the corner, we are almost officially to the end of summer and with the Fall season comes the changing of the leaves, kids going back to school, and of course Halloween.
